What we collect and why

AI Agentic Society collects your name, email, role, and interests to maintain its membership records and understand community interests. You can optionally share a project, skills, a public profile link, and a suggested session topic. Registration does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

What is public

Your profile is private by default. If you explicitly opt in, organizers can publish your name, role, interests, project, skills, and public profile link in the publicly accessible member directory. Public information can be viewed by anyone and indexed by search engines. Your email address and session topic suggestion are never included in the directory.

Storage and access

Registration information is stored using Cloudflare on behalf of AI Agentic Society. Authorized society administrators can access registration records to manage membership and review profiles. Basic request information may be processed by Cloudflare for security and rate limiting. We do not store IP addresses in the membership database.

Changes, withdrawal, and deletion

We keep your registration while you remain a registered member, unless you ask us to remove it. To correct your details, withdraw directory consent, or delete your registration, email aiagenticsociety@gmail.com from your registered address. Organizers may confirm your identity before making changes. Public copies made by others may remain outside our control.
